Server switch complete, just a couple of problems to sort out
The server switch I mentioned in the previous blog post has now been completed but there are a couple of small issues John is chasing down at the moment. One of them is that emails being sent from Particle Designer or Glyph Designer have an incorrect email shown as to who the email is from. The email address is a web site John runs and not the normal purchases@71squared.com.
If you have any problems then drop an email to support@71squared.com otherwise you should simply get your purchase email as normal, just with the wrong from address.
If you DON’T get your purchase email within a few minutes of purchase then check your spam folder as they can get caught up by spam filters.
