I visited the Apple mothership
Well, I’ve had a fantastic time in San Francisco over the last 10 days. Work has been ok and we got a lot done, but the highlight had to be meeting up with a friend from Apple and getting to have a coffee with him at Cafe Macs. This is the Cafe in the quadrangle at the Apple campus at One Infinite Loop.
Apple Campus
I am such a geek and Apple fanboy that just being there, talking about all things Apple, game development and soaking up the atmosphere was great fun.
I also got to spend some time in the The Company Store which is an Apple store on site at the campus. I could not of course leave without getting a few souvenirs :o)
Apple goodies
Being there has really given me a push on the final stretch of the book. There were a number of Addison-Wesley books in the Apple store and I would LOVE to have mine there as well :O)
So, all in all an amazing trip and I hope to be able to visit Apple again soon.

Thanks guys. It was a real blast and unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to play with the iPad :o)
I can tell you though that I am most certainly going to be getting an iPad the day it launches.
