		<description>The way I use these (fantastic, by the way) tutorials is to have them open full screen on one monitor with Xcode open on a second, so I&#039;m all for the continued posting of the higher resolution MOV files.  Though if the extra effort required to also embed them as FLVs isn&#039;t too much, there&#039;s really no downside to doing that in addition.</description>
