I’ll second that…

To follow on from Johns post about changing lifestyle, I can confirm that I too have been through a similar experience.  Until around a year ago, John and I lived very close to each other and had been mates since school.  John then found true love ;) and moved to Perth Australia to be with the one he loves…bless…

At around the same time I realized that I seriously needed to change my lifestyle.  My day job involves a lot of travel around Europe, Middle East and Africa plus trips to the US.  Doing this for a number of years, staying in hotels and eating all the wrong things had taken its toll and I was now weighing it at a HUGE 167Kgs, that’s over 26stone in old money.

Life Changing!

Well, over the last 9 weeks or so my fianceé and I have been on a similar diet to Mike although ours was made by Cambridge Diet (AUS - www.cambridge-diet.com.au) (UK - www.cambridge-diet.com).  Basically it is a complete meal replacement system to start with until you reach your goal weight.
