Speaking at GDC 2013
I'm really excited to announce that I've been invited to speak at GDC in San Francisco at the "iOS Games In A Day" bootcamp on 26th March. This is going to be a jam packed day of iOS gaming goodness with an amazing line up of speakers:

Gareth Jenkins  |  Founder & Lead Developer, 36peas
Matt Rix  |  Founder, Magicule
Mike Schramm  |  Editor, TUAW/Joystiq
Keith Shepherd  |  Co-Founder, ImangiStudios
Rod Strougo  |  iOS Developer & Instructor, Big Nerd Ranch & Prop Group
Ray Wenderlich  |  Founder, Razeware LLC
David Whatley  |  CEO, Critical Thought Games, LLC

I'm going to be tag-teaming the OpenGL session with Ray Wenderlich and will be talking about moving to 3D. I really enjoy giving this talk and showing how it's possible to get some cool 3D action going without using sophisticated 3D engines or being a math prodigy, as I'm certainly not one myself :)

I'm going to be at GDC for the entire week and would love to hook up with anyone who fancies a chat about the bootcamp at GDC, 71Squared tools (always looking for feedback and feature requests as well as the opportunity to show off the latest versions we are working on) or basically anything that can be discussed over a cup of coffee.

While not at the bootcamp I'll also be spending time at the Vindicia booth, location to follow shortly.

I'd like to take this opportunity to also thank Ray Wenderlich who runs the legendary "Ray Wenderlich" tutorials website for inviting me to talk at the bootcamp. I know for a fact that with the awesome speakers they have it's going to be a great day.

I look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible.

Mike
