Some shared particles not playing

I've noticed that some of the shared particles don't play when I click on them. What is really odd is that the shared particle I upload a few minutes ago does't play (although loading my original does).

For me, the two Burned Brain emitters and Muck Bubbling (mine) don't play.

I've tried quitting and restarting and no luck.

I just noticed that the shared particles that are not playing are missing their textures.
