iSnort: Real or Video Editing?

At work we think this is a fake app :) A very cool idea though.

I am not sure that the iPhone can respond to these kind of touches on the screen, so I think its either video editing or just a clever animation playing on the screen :)

Let us know what you think!

i think, this animation is timed very well… ;) it’s real in that term… nice discovery John

I don’t know if it knows where he’s tapping but it can respond to the accelerometer and the snorting sound as well. No need to time a video.

I agree with Pickle Pumper, I think this could be a real app which uses the accelerometer or sound :)

Very funny though, but remember kids, just say NO

Well I guess it could pickup the tapping on the screen as audio and do the animation.

Hmmm, I’ve watched this a few more times and I do think that it is a fake. At the very start he appears to touch the screen before turning it towards the camera and then starting the app. When he starts the app it does not look like he is actually touching the screen either.

If this were a recording, then touching the screen would bring up controls. So I think I’m with John on this one now and feel its a recording.

Still a funny concept :o) although I don’t think its one destined for the app store.

Hmm… that gives me an idea for a game mechanic.

It is a fake app. It is a 29 second video clip.
