How I go about setting out the CSS/XHTML etc. Maybe add some jQuery features along the way. I will make a start on a simple design layout we can use. I find that as long as it validates then its ok. I could maybe do some "Getting Started" tutorials if that would help people to get into Web Development. As for IDE's, I have started to use Espresso for Mac and also use Adobe Dreamweaver at work purely for syntax highlighting. Are you using Mac or Windows? Its not that its tough, its just one of those standards that has too many ways of doing one thing.
